Rise Above Colorado approached our team in early 2015 with an idea for a drug prevention lesson that could replace their bare bones powerpoint. We worked with them to develop the strategy, content, and find a design that would appeal to middle and high school students. We user-tested concepts, refined the design and created the website and all the lesson pieces, many of which were animated using Flash and/or HTML5, allowing us flexibility for the new and old browsers encountered in classrooms. In addition, we created educational, narrated video segments for the lesson.
